A Place to Find the Perfect Meal

Tacos

grated cheese

chopped lettuce

diced tomato

diced cucumber

 

Taco Shell:

1 pkg taco seasonning
1 egg
1/2 cup of cornmeal
2 cups of flour
3 1/2 cups of water
dash of salt

 

Use mixer or blender to mix all ingredients. Mixture will be thin and runny. Heat frying pan onwith oil on  medium.  Pour approx 1/2 cup of mixture into frying pan.  Shell is ready to flip over when bubbles start to form and edges appear to be cooked (cook it as you would a pancake). **Shells are thin and will break easy so be careful!**

 

Filling:
1lb or more of ground beef
1 onion chopped or diced
1 pkg taco seasonning
1 tbsp chilli powder
2-3 drops of tobasco sauce
1 7oz can of tomato sauce

 

While cooking shells, fry the hamburger. When finished, drain. Lower heat to meadium-low. Add remaining ingredients. Keep this on low until shells are finished.

 

Fill shells and enjoy!!

***Remember shells are thin, so do not over-stuff as they will break apart.***
