Taco Bake

1 lb. ground meat
Taco seasoning package
Corn bread mix (can be made from scratch or buy readymade mix in a box)
Salsa
shredded mexican style cheese (any kind will do)
Corn chips , partially crushed

Brown ground meat and add the taco seasoning mix, follow the directions for mixing the taco seasoning mix.
In a bowl, mix corn bread mix. Place in bottom of a deep dish pie dish, place meat mixture on top or corn bread. Top with salsa, then cheese, then crushed chips.
DO NOT cook corn bread ahead of time.
Bake in oven at 400 for 30 minutes or until corn meal is cooked.
