A Place to Find the Perfect Meal
Spaghetti Sauce
2-3 lbs of ground beef
2 can (28oz) tomatoes
1 can (19oz) tomato sauce
1 can (19 oz) tomato paste
2 cans sliced mushrooms with liquid
1/2med green pepper, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic pothen wder
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp crushed chili pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp each of marjoram, rosemary, thyme, basil, chives
3 crushed bay leaves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Brown ground beef with garlic powder, celery seed, green pepper and onions.
Then place in a large pot with chili powder, cayenne pepper and crushed chilis.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
bring to a boil and then reduce to low heat to simmer for 8 hours.
Stir frequently to prevent burns.
Serve over freshly cooked noodles.
May also be used for lasagna or chicken, pork or veal parmigiani
