A Place to Find the Perfect Meal
Snickerdoodles
1 C margarine softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/3 C sugar
3 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
Topping: 2Tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (combine and set aside)
In mixing bowl, beat together margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt, beating until blended.
Shape into 1" balls. Roll in topping.
Place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Cool on racks.
