Skillet Pork Chops
4 bone in pork loin chops
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 C chopped onion
1 C water
2 tsp honey
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp beef boullion granules (one cube)
2 tsp corn starch
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook pook in the butter for 4-6 min ib each side or until browned.
Remove and keep warm.
In same pan, saute onion in the drippings until tender.
Add 3/4 C water and stir to loosen browned bits from pan. (deglaze the pan)
Stir in honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and boullion
Bring to a boil.
Return pork to pan.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 6-10 min or until meat is tender.
Remove meat and keep warm.
In separate bowl, combine cornstarch and remaining water.
Gradually stir into skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Cook and stir until thick.
Serve over pork chops
