Simple Brown Sugar Fudge

1 lb butter

1 kg Dark brown sugar

1 can Carnation Evaporated milk

1 kg Icing sugar

Take brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk and put in saudepan.

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat and continue to boil for 5 min

Remove from heat and beat in icing sugar.

Butter a 9x13 cake pan. Pour fudge into pan

Place in fridge to set.
