Rice Casserole

Cook 4 cups rice
1 med. onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
sauerkraut -small amount drained
bacon bits

Cook onion and celery together until tender. Add to cooked rice and add sauerkraut (as much as you like) and add bacon bits. Stir to mix well. Can be served warm or cold.
