Rendezvous Salad
5 Cups Cooked Rice (Cold)
1 lb. Fresh Bean Sprouts
2 pkgs. Spinach Chopped
3 Celery Branches Chopped
1 Cup Green Onion Chopped (tops and all)
1 Cup Raisins
3 Green Peppers Chopped
1 ½ Cup Cashews
1 pkg. Mushrooms
Vinaigrette:
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Soya Sauce
2 or 3 Cloves of garlic crushed
Mix together and let stand for 1 hour or so.
15 Minutes before serving pour on vinaigrette.
