Quick Chicken Gravy
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 container of chicken broth (4 cups)
Melt butter in a pan and add flour. Stir a little to mix together. Add chicken broth and whish until desired thickness.
*you can also add roasted garlic (mashed) to gravy. You can also use Beef broth for beef gravy.
