Macaroni Saute
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups tomato juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and seasoning. Bring to a boil and cover to simmer 20 min.
