Homemade Chicken Strips
Boneless skinless chicken
Egg beaten with milk
Flour
seasoning to taste
Cut chicken into bite size strips
Place egg and milk in one bowl and the flour (with seasonong) in a second bowl.
One piece at a time, dip chicken into the milk and egg and then cover with the flour.
Deep fry until done, just a few minutes.
**If you prefer breaded strips, have a third bowl with crushed breadcrumbs. After flouring the pieces, dip in egg mixture a second time and then in the bread crumbs. Fry until done**
