Ground Beef Casserole
1 Tbsp oil
1 med. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 can mushrooms, drained (can use 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms)
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. kraft dinner
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup dried bread crumbs
Cook onion and garlic together. Set aside. Cook ground meat.
Set aside. Cook kraft dinner noodles and drain. Combine onion and garlic, ground meat and cooked kraft noodles. Add sour cream, cream corn, and 1/2 of the cheese package from the kraft dinner, 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Place meat mixture in a baking dish.
Combine melted butter, bread crumbs, and the reamaining package of the kraft dinner cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the meat mixture. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 min.
