Eggless Chocolate Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
salt
vanilla
2/3 cup oil
2 cup cold water
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and vinegar. Add water last--1 cup at a time.
Bate at 350 for 40 min. in a 9 x 13 pan
Cool completely before putting frosting on top. Your choice of frosting.
