
A Place to Find the Perfect Meal
Corn Chowder
3/4 Cup onion
1 C diced, cooked and peeled potatoes
1 C diced, cooked ham
2 C fresh or frozen corn
1 C creamed corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 C milk
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
In heavy saucepan coated with cooking spray, saute onion until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered 20 -30 minutes.
Serve
