Citrus Rice

1 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup sliced green onion
3 Tbsp sliced almonds


Combine rice, chicken broth, orange juice and soy sauce. Cook on stove according to rice instructions. Remove from heat . Fluff with a fork and sprinkle with green onion and almonds.
