Chocolate Fudge

2 cups sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup butter

1 cup chopped dark chocolate

1 tsp vanilla

 

Please sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan.  Cook over medium heat to a temperature of 250 deg F.

Remove from heat.

Allow to stand for 10 min without stirring.

 

Add chopped chocolate. Beat until melted.

Add vanilla.

Beat until slightly thick.  Pour into a pan and cool
