Chili Corn Pie

1 box Stove Top Stuffing

Broth (enough to make stuffing mix as per box)

1 lb ground beef

1 med onion, chopped

1 tbsp chili powder

1 can Kernel corn, drained.

1 C shredded old cheddar cheese

1/4 C salsa.

sour cream

 

Mix stuffing and broth lightly. 

Let stand for 5 mn or until broth is absorbed.

Set aside 1/2 C of stuffing mix.

Press remainder into 9" pie plate to make a crust

Bake at 350 deg for 15 min

 

In skillet, brown ground beef with chili powder and garlic powder.

Add corn, cheese and salsa. and remaining stuffing mixture

Spoon into pie crust

 

Bake 10 min.

Serve with sour cream.
