Cherry Cheese Salad
3oz. Raspberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
190 oz. Cherry Pie filling (540 mg)
3 oz. lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonaisse
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 Tbsp chopped peanuts
Dissolve Rasp. jello with boiling water and cherry pie filling. Pour into a 9 x 9 pan.
Chil until almost set.
Beat cream cheese and mayo together. Mix in lemon jello and boiling water after it has cooled. Stir pineapple into cream cheese mixture.
Chill until syruppy
Then whip cream until still and fold it in to the cream cheese and lemon mixture. Fold in mini marshmallows and pour over cherry mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and chill until firm.
