Bruschetta Chicken Bake
1 can (19 oz) Italian Stewed tomatoes. (do not drain)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing for chicken
1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 tsp dried basil
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Place tomatoes and liquid in medium bowl.
Add garlic, and stuffing mix.
Stir until mix is just moistened.
Set aside.
Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
Top with stuffing mixture
Bake at 400 deg for 30 min or until chicken is cooked.
