Baked Chicken Puff

1 can cream mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups cooked peas
4 eggs, separated
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese


Heat oven to 375. Combine soup, milk and salt in casserole dish. Add chicken and peas. Bake 10 min. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff. With same beater(in a separte bowl) beat egg yold, add cheese. Lightly fold into whites and pile on top of chicken mixture. Bake 30 min. longer.
